Apartments are new and well equiped with a lovely garden around the house in which various flowers are growing,and also the tangerine trees and the vegetables (tomatoes,zucchinies and peppers) which guests can freely pick.
I am a simple and easy going person who like to meet the people from all around the world.I love music,literature and cinematography.I also like and practice different kind of sports.I `m a great fan of animals and nature.
The apartments are situated 2 minutes (100 m.) walk from the beach and 50 m. from the main road.You don`t have to cross the busy road to get to the beach because there is an underground tunnel just 20 m from my location.In a circle of 200 meters there are 2 restaurants (both on the beach),big supermarket,post office, children playground , football and basketball playground and a place where you can rent a Jet Ski,Stand Up Paddle or a speedboat. Above Podstrana is hill Perun where is an old village Podstrana with old churches and monuments and a great view toward Split and the islands.There are lots of paths where you can hike or ride a bike.There is also a club for recreational and off road horse riding and a spot for free climbing.There are fire roads all across the hill so you can do all that with the car if you are not a walking type.Split is 10 km remote and there you have a lot to see and do (Diocletian palace,Marjan hill,museums etc). and also a quiet few shopping malls, basicly everything that second largest city in a country must provide.In a narrower area there are lot of little lovely towns to visit like Omiš,Stobreč,Žrnovnica,Solin,Kaštela,Trogir etc.You won`t be bored.
