From sunrise by the sea to evenings of culture and fine food, our villa is the perfect base for exploring the best of magical Dalmatia—where your comfort and authentic local experiences come first. Villa Operating Policies – Supplementary Provisions For the safety of all guests and for the preservation of the property, charging of electric vehicles is allowed only via a registered and approved EV charging station, in accordance with Croatian regulations. Charging from standard sockets or household installations is not permitted due to potential safety risks. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the guest is required to cover all repair expenses and any damages resulting from unauthorized charging of an electric vehicle, based on actual costs and the owner’s assessment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. The pool equipment and heat pump settings may only be adjusted by the villa owner or an authorized service company, carefully maintaining the water temperature at a comfortable 26 °C to 29 °C for your relaxation and safety. We kindly ask guests not to change any technical pool settings. Unauthorized handling may result in pool use being suspended and damages charged in accordance with Croatian law.
