A place where you will surely relax, enjoy, and recharge your batteries. On the first floor there is a dining room, a living room with an internal fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a master bedroom and a children's bedroom with two beds. Next to the villa there is another master bedroom with a toilet with a separate entrance. As well as a barbecue with a seating area. In front of the terrace is a swimming pool with deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The villa also has private parking, and plenty of private guest-only space around.

Neighbourhood is peacful and quiet. Villa is near old village Lokva Rogoznica, where the Roman Catholic church is located, and if you want to walk up the mountain, from the village there is a path to the small old church of St. Vitus, at 639 meters above sea level, from where you will have a unique view of the sea and the islands. About 10 minutes' drive from the villa on the coast is the beach bar Morska Vila, where you can enjoy coffee, cocktails, beer, vine, ice cream, fast food, day and night swimming; and in the evening have a good time with great music and atmosfere. Also on coast near the beach bar, there is the best fish restaurant Kod Mije. Likewise, in the city of Omiš you can find various activities such as rafting, zipline, canyoning, kayaking, quad biking, river trips and trips to nearby islands.
