This modern, 71 m² apartment is stylishly furnished and ideal for up to 4 guests seeking comfort and relaxation. The property's highlight is the 90 m² panoramic terrace, which features outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a hammock, and an outdoor shower. Guests can admire the beautiful lake view and enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset right from the terrace. There are two cozy bedrooms: - one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), - the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and there are two separate toilets for extra convenience. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, and an elevator is available. All windows and terrace doors are equipped with sliding mosquito nets. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a refrigerator with freezer. Each room features air conditioning and heating, and there is also underfloor heating in tiled areas to ensure comfort all year round. A private, free parking space is available within the residential complex. For families with small children, we provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge. Other amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, safe, and fast WiFi. Beach towels are also provided.
