The apartment has its own privat parking in the backyard garden ONLY FOR 1 CAR! The apartment is very calm, peaceful and relaxing. The building has only few neighbours. The flat itself is 85mn2 with high ceiling, includes an entrance and big corridor which leads to 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, livingroom with dining area, a separate kitchen with storage, a separate bathroom and restroom.

The apartment is in green district with short walk you can reach the biggest city park where you can do running, jogging and spending precious time with your friend. The city park is newly renovated and home for the biggest children playground from 2years old. Moreover, you can explore the Szechenyi Thermal Bath, the Ice ring in winter and boating lake in summer, the Hero Square and the Vajdahunyad Castle. On the other direction the Puskas Aréna is located which is holding hundrends of different events like sport, concerts etc. On the third direction is leading to the center passing by the Keleti Train Station, Blaha Lujza Sqaure, Astori (which 5 mins walk from Deák Square, the heart of city center) and arriving to Elizabeth Bridge (Ferenciek Square), where the Vaci shopping street is starting. We have several bus service like number 5, 7, 110, 112 which can take you to the center (direction passing Keleti Train Station, Blaha Lujza Sqaure, Astoria, Ferenciek Sqaure). Travelling time is 5-20 mins. The closest Metro is at Keleti Train Station.
