Guests are required to present the same credit card used for booking upon check-in for verification, otherwise the property may ask for full payment to be settled immediately with an alternative method. Any deposit paid will be refunded to the original card.
If guests making the booking are not the same with guests checking-in, the hotel will send a billing authorisation form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to the hotel with a copy of the credit card used for booking and a copy of a valid ID.
