This cottage has three bedrooms, a king-size with a woodburning stove and two doubles, along with a shower room, a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Appliances include a Range cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer and for entertainment there is a TV with a DVD player and Freeview, a selection of books and games. A travel cot and highchair are available and outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a rear, multilevel garden with a patio, lawned area and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however this is a smoke-free home. You can find a shop and pub within 1.4 miles. Note: This property does not have WiFi. An Grianan is a lovely base for a memorable trip to Ireland.

Adamstown is a charming Irish village in County Wexford. This community has a pub, convenience store, and two takeaways, so it's perfect for self-catering. Surrounded by Wexford, New Ross, and Gorey and just a short drive from Waterford, the village is an ideal base from which to explore Ireland. The Secret Valley Wildlife Park and Dunbrody Famine Ship Experience are also right on your doorstep. A great place to see lovely Irish county.
