Our warm and cosy, two bedroom stone cottage, with wood burning stove and rustic finish, is a true country retreat! Sitting among trees at the foot of a mountain, the cottage is the perfect base for exploring the wonderful South Kerry.
Hi I'm Ritchie I host the The Cottage & The Pods at South Kerry Glamping. We love the opportunity hosting gives to meet new people and at the same time let our guest experience the unique place that is South Kerry. We will meet you on arrival. Other than that we are nearby for chats or anything else you may need.
Your surroundings will be beautiful South Kerry countryside and your nearest neighbours will be the Kerry Bog Ponies we keep on our farm. The cottage is set among trees and is very secluded. We are 3.5 miles from the nearest town, Cahersiveen, where you will find supermarkets and a variety of quirky, lively and traditional pubs, shops, cafés and restaurants. You will need transport, be it cycle or drive.
