The living areas in the semi-detached house consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining seating for six people, a sitting room with a TV and fire, and a second sitting room. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double with a basin and two singles, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear lawn with furniture.
