Beautifully restored coach house in the grounds of a Manor House close to the Killiney beach in Killiney, south County Dublin 13km from Dublin City Centre just off the M50 & N11. The property is in excellent condition throughout with underfloor heating and thermostats in each room, large en-suite and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, utility with washing machine. Beautiful enclosed private courtyard and located in a very quiet, residential neighbourhood. Close to many amenities nearby including beaches, Championship golf courses, restaurants as well as Dublin city centre

Located beside many amenities including beautiful walks in Killiney Hills, 3 minutes to Killiney beach & DART station & close to Luas. 3km from the numerous restaurants and bars in Dalkey village and other towns along the coast. Powerscourt, Druids Glen & the European Championship golf courses nearby. 15 mins away from Enniskerry village and the famous Johnny Fox’s traditional Irish bar as well as a short train journey to Dublin city centre
