A large spacious self contained modern apartment suitable only for a couple. It contains a double bed with a large open plan kitchen/dining area. Outside seating area with chairs is ideal for catching sun rays and watching the horses. It's located just off the Main St in a quiet secluded location and it's just a few minutes drive to Downings. Mickey Stephens Bar is 2 minutes walk from the Apartment and also the restaurant at the Carrigart Hotel serves delicious food. Centra Shop next door offers Irish Breakfasts back in the comfort of the Apartment. Carrigart Hotel Restaurant and Carrigart One 8 Restaurant are both available within 50 meters for delicious cuisine. Within 50 meters is Mulroy Bay where horse riding occurs at low tide. We are only 3 minute drive from St Patricks Golf Course( a top 50 in worlds best golf course), Sandy Hills and old Tom Morris Golf Courses are available beside the Rosapenna Hotel for golf enthusiasts.
I'm an experienced property professional born here but now semi retired. Travelled extensively throughout the world and lived abroad for several years.
Very interested in outdoor pursuits including scuba diving and windsurfing. I can advise you of all the different places of interest and the history of the area.
