The David InterContinental is in the fashionable Neve Tzedek district, known as Tel Aviv's SoHo. The hotel offers views of the Mediterranean Sea and Jaffa. It features gourmet restaurants and a spa and wellness centre with modern training equipment. Each spacious room and suite overlooks the sea and the city and features a satellite TV. Some rooms also include free access to the Executive Lounge. The David InterContinental offers various dining options that celebrate its surroundings through locally sourced ingredients and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, delivering authentic and flavorful dishes that cater to every taste and element of a guest stay. Renovation work of the guest rooms on floors 5-10 will be carried out from 02/11/2025 to 28/02/2026, from Sundays - Thursday, 10:00 - 17:00.

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Smoking or non-smoking preference cannot be guaranteed and will be assigned on arrival. When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Hotel guests are required to provide a valid photographic identification, or passport for security purposes along with a valid credit card upon check-in, to guarantee payment of accommodation and/or any incidental charges.
