Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Access to the pool on Fridays and Saturdays is limited to 2 guests only.
Entry to the pool on the weekends will be possible for guests who have completed their reservation by Thursday, at 1:00 p.m., and submitted their names for pre-registration. Please note that last minute bookings, made after Thursday at 1:00 PM, will not be included in the confirmation of the use of the pool that weekend, due to the strict building procedures, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in fulfilling these instructions, which are intended to ensure a pleasant hospitality experience for all.
