Located in Jerusalem, in the Baka neighbourhood known for its rural ambience, Rafael Residence Boutique offers air-conditioned suites with free Wi-Fi. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Key collection takes place at the reception between 9:00 and 18:00. Guests are requested to contact the property prior to arrival if they are arriving in different times.
