Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. The hotel is not kosher.
Parking at the hotel is provided in an underground, automated, and covered facility. It is available to guests with valet assistance during designated hours, at an additional cost and upon availability. In the event of a technical malfunction, access to vehicles may be delayed until the issue has been resolved. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Bridal/groom preparations, and any wedding-related arrangements, including but not limited to external vendors and photography, are not permitted without prior booking of a designated preparation package and the corresponding room type.
