Thrilling Things to Do Near Our Resort in Nandi Hills Places to visit and things to do near Amara Kosha Misty Hills, the best resort in Nandi Hills, are all within a 10-15 minute drive from our property Visit Nandi Hill: Nandi Foot Hills is around 10mins drive from the property, either climb up the 1,175 steps/trek that lead to the top of the Nandi Hills or take the road for a breath taking view especially the breath taking sun rise. Atop the Nandi Hills are two ancient temples. Trek Skanda giri mountain : The most popular trek in the area, start point of the Trek is 8 km from the property, around 10 mins drive. The trek is 4 km long and it takes about 2-3 hours before you reach the hilltop situated at a height of 4430 feet above sea level. Trek Channa giri mountain : Although the property is just opposite, behind to Channa giri range, the start point of the Trek is 11.5 km from the property, around 10-15 minutes drive. With a height of approximately 1350 meters above sea level, the trek to Channagiri is easy and doable with the entire family, if wanted. The total trek distance is around 3 km and takes about two to two and a half hours to complete.
