Located in Pushkar, a 2 minute walk from Varaha Temple, Shiva Guest House, Pushkar provides accommodation with double rooms (attached bathroom), dorm rooms with shared bathrooms and chillout seating areas, yoga terrace, and fantastic restaurants in the same shanti street where the guesthouse is situated. Near Varah Ghat, in the main market, ideal for shopping, prikma on the Holy Pushkar Lake and most amenities, this quiet guesthouse is in a shanti side-street with free private bike parking (off road), a courtyard garden and a number of roof terraces ideal for yoga and hanging out in the hammocks.
Among the facilities at this property is a front desk and free WiFi throughout the property. Long stay travellers have contributed to the bohemian vibe with murals and music. Traditional local music and performance evenings are available occasionally.
Brahma Temple is an 11-minute walk from the hotel, while Pushkar Lake is 0.1 km away. The nearest airport is Kishangarh Airport, 37 km from Shiva Guest House, Pushkar. Jaipur airport abd city is a 2 hour taxi ride away. ajmer is a 35 minute (15km) bus ride away and offers many bus and train stations

Sono runs the guesthouse which has been in the family for 2 generations. It was only the second guesthouse built in Pushkar in 1977. Recently redecorated after the pandemic and monsoon, we welcome you to Pushkar and a place to feel like Home.
Pushkar is situated in the well of the Araveli mountain range on the edge of the Thar desert. With the Holy Pushkar lake and the only Bhrama Temple in the world, it is a hub for both Hindu and international travellers creating a fusion of cultures.
With a bustling main market, fabulous shopping, many Temples both in the town and around the local area, there is lots to do and explore. Hiring motorbikes is easy for visits such as the trip to Aloo Baba near Ajepal or out into the desert villages and farms.
Camel rides, desert jeep safaris and local traditional gypsy dance and music is available nearby.
