Guest House with a modern and original design, entirely made of eco-compatible and technologically advanced materials. With an surface of 75 square meters, it’s located in Via Tre Re, 20, on the fourth floor without lift of a building of 800, at only 350 meters away from Piazza Grande and less than 300 meters from Albinelli Market, in the crib of Modena Historic Centre. It will then be immediately possible to immerse yourself in the artistic heritage of this wonderiful ancient city. Culture and history, but also food and tradition: typical trattorias, craft shops and local of all kinds are concentrated in fact in a few tens of meters.
SERVICES - 3 comfortable double rooms (also for single use) with mini fridge, tea/coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso), air conditioner, internet WI-FI and smart TV (access to Netflix included). Private bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet (combo system WC-bidet for DELUXE type), hairdryer, towels and free toiletries provided (bath mat, toilet paper, soap and shampoo-shower gel). PARKING LTZ AUTHORIZED - Once in room, you will find a pre-printed white module to be compiled (with name and surname, plate number of the vehicle, date of arrival and departure) and to be exposed on the car dashboard. You could then park for free in the building surroundings, on white or blue strips and for the entire length of stay. It will be indispensable to communicate the plate number of the vehicle before the arrival.
WARNINGS - NO Iron. NO washing machine. Heating from November 15 to April 15. The accommodation doesn’t have cribs, folding cots or single beds for children. Free luggage storage inside the hall (unguarded). We are not liable in any case for theft or loss of property. CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS AFTER BOOKING.
