A pochissima distanza dal lago e da tutti i servizi, il bilocale al primo piano con finestre su strada poco frequentata. Cucina attrezzata, soggiorno, camera con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia. Completamente ristrutturato Giardino comune con lettini, tavoli e BBQ.

Vassena è un borgo grazioso su "quel ramo del lago di Como che volge verso Lecco", a meno di 15 minuti in auto da Bellagio da Aprile ad Ottobre il battello offre la possibilità di attraversare il lago e di godersi il panorama. A pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento: ristorante, bar, minimarket, spiaggia, noleggio canoe, farmacia, fermata autobus, battello.
