La Piazzetta Apartments are located in the heart of Colombare di Sirmione, just 3 km far away from the historical centre; in a strategic position a stone's throw from shops, bus stops, ice cream parlors and restaurants. The building houses an attic apartment on the 2nd floor and two apartments on the 1st floor, all with independent entrance and private garden available (shared between the three apartments). On the ground floor there is a high-level bakery. Since February 2024, however, in the adjacent building, the guys from the bakery have opened a restaurant that serves excellent breakfasts with the bakery's products, gourmet light lunches and à la carte dinners with typical local products. Parking is not included but there is a wide choice of free parking spaces nearby (just 1 minute walking distance). On the first floor there is a small garden, shared between the three apartments, equipped with a sunbathing area with deckchairs. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator. Important information for the apartments on the 1st floor: in the living area there is a bunk cabinet with two pull-out beds measuring 80 x 190 cm (not recommended for people taller than 180 cm but ideal for kids and teens).

Hi, I'm Tobia and I manage "La Piazzetta Apartments" together with my wife Valentina; we are parents of a 6 year old boy and we work together in the family architecture studio. My passions are graphics (rendering), photography and drone flights; the paintings you will find hanging in the apartments are in fact my landscape photos. My wife Valentina, on the other hand, is a passionate aerialist, you can find her hanging on aerial fabrics a couple of times a week 😀
