A charming apartment near the lakeshore, in the very centre of the historical village.
 It is finely furnished and it offers romantic atmospheres, modern functionality and total comfort, with a lake view bedroom and a wide internal terrace. For romantic couples and enlightened travelers, a nest by the lake. We welcome guests for a minimum stay of three nights but for the quality of the places and an adequate symbiosis with the romantic atmosphere that has made them famous, we highly recommend a longer stay. In Bellagio and during a stay on the lake, the car is not needed. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, a pedestrian area crossed by nine characteristic cobbled stairways. Car access to the Historic Center ("Borgo") is allowed only to residents and authorized vehicles (taxis, etc.). Free parking and paid lots are located outside the historic center (the nearest is 200 meters, others more distant). In addition, parking difficulties should be considered, especially on weekends and high season periods. We therefore advise against the use of the car. During your stay on the lake, the means of transport is navigation. The piers are located a few steps from the house. At the time of booking we will send you all the documentation useful for reaching Bellagio and for an ideal stay: please read the messages we will send you.
We love literature, art and travels. Bellagio, known by many as the Como Lake’s “pearl”, is a unique place, not to be missed for its history, romantic atmosphere, liveliness and dreamlike landscapes. By the ancient walls, in the very heart of the old village and very near to the lakeshore, we have restructured a little apartment with harmonic functionality. This cosy space was meant to be perfectly tuned in to the environment, its surrounding, its lifestyle and history. We therefore enthusiastically open our house to those who will be glad to share the emotions of living in such an ancient and beautiful place and to breathe the most authentic Bellagio’s air. Style, comfort and history in a perfect location, a stones throw from all the shops and restaurants. We are available for any advice you may need during your stay. It is also possible to ask for guided tours or special appointments (Art, Fashion, Markets, Outlets, Events, Yoga, Massages, Gastronomy).
Located a stone's throw from the shore, along one of the characteristic steps of the Borgo Antico. Everything is within walking distance from the place. Being close the pier made it very easy to visit neighboring villages and experience the different atmosphere.
