Blue Wave Apartment - Beautiful apartment located in an elegant condominium in the center of Arona, functionally furnished for travelers from all over the world. The apartment is located in a strategic area 500 meters from the lakefront where you can reach the main attractions of Lake Maggiore, 600 meters from the railway station and 700 meters from Piazza del Popolo and the renowned Via Cavour. In the immediate vicinity you will find Restaurants, Supermarkets and shops for basic necessities. The apartment is furnished in a fresh and modern way with the colors of the lake in contrast with warm lights to obtain a refined welcoming effect. There is no shortage of corners dedicated to reading and relaxation, without forgetting technology. There is a fast internet connection with Wi-Fi, two SmartTVs with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video channels. You will also find washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, clean linen and everything you need for an unforgettable stay. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the Rocca di Arona and at the same time also of the Rocca di Angera.

Under the palace passes the road that allows in a few minutes by car to reach the Rocca and the Colossus of San Carlo Borromeo. In the neighborhood there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers and other shops. In addition, there are numerous free parking spaces under the structure.
