BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: It is mandatory for you to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to carry out online check-in, entering your details and documents for all guests. You will be asked to sign the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and to pay the TOURIST TAX, if applicable. Online check-in must be carried out at least 3 days before arrival, except for last minute bookings. ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This property provides in-person check-in from 3PM to 8PM. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time to arrange key delivery. Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM, is available on request in advance and subject to availability, with an extra charge payable in cash on arrival. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM. CLEANING: A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali. WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay. ATTENTION: air conditioning is available from 1 June to 30 September.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA: The flat in front of Milan's Cimitero Maggiore is easily accessible by car, as it is located near the motorway junction between the A4, the A8 and the A52 and A50 north Milan bypass. It can also be reached by metro MM1 San Leonardo. The convenient Tram 14, whose stop is a stone's throw from the flat, takes you directly to the Duomo in 50 minutes.
