Noventa di Piave, a small town in the metropolitan area of Venice, is located on the left bank of the Piave, the "river of the Italians", that just in this area shows itself with all its sinuous charm: two-kilometer walk, the pontoon bridge, the stele commemorating the wounding of Ernest Hemingway in the Great War.
