The accommodation has a comfortable private covered parking space, available for guests traveling by car. The residential area of Piazza Ghandi in Monterotondo offers an authentic and relaxing experience, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but with convenient connections to explore the countryside and reach all the wonders of the city of Rome. Piazza Ghandi is characterized by a quiet and familiar atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a cozy retreat to spend a peaceful and private stay, where they can work remotely or unwind after a day of discoveries in the Eternal City. --- IMPORTANT --- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975: For legal reasons and obligations, hosts need identification documents from all travelers staying; additionally, it is necessary to sign the tourist rental contract that we will send you shortly! La posizione strategica di Monterotondo è un punto di forza: in meno di venti minuti potrete raggiungere la città di Roma sia in automobile sia grazie alla vicinanza con le fermate degli autobus e dello stesso capolinea. In alternativa potete prendere il trenino alla stazione di Monterotondo Scalo, sempre raggiungibile in 5/10 minuti di automobile o di autobus. Questo vi permette di esplorare le icone storiche e culturali di Roma, come il Colosseo, il Vaticano e la Fontana di Trevi, senza rinunciare alla tranquillità del quartiere dove alloggiate. La vicinanza con Roma quindi vi permette di visitare facilmente la capitale frenetica per poi tornare alla serenità del paese. Nelle vicinanze dell'immobile, troverete una varietà di servizi a portata di mano, tra cui supermercati, bar, ristoranti, farmacie, tabaccai e frutterie. Inoltre, grazie alle varie linee di autobus ed al capolinea che collegano il quartiere, potrete raggiungere facilmente altre zone più centrali di Monterotondo in un paio di minuti.
