Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can arrive on time to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay, you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check-in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: WE CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT CHECK IN: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional people to those declared: 15 euros per night will be required for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). Located on the second floor of 3 of a building without a lift, upon entering you will find the dining room with a table for six people, television and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals. There is also a high chair for children. Next to the kitchen you will also find the first bedroom of the house, with a queen-size bed for one person. Continuing beyond the dining room, you will find the other two bedrooms of the house: one with a second double bed, a folding single bed and a wardrobe and the second with a single bed and a second pull-out bed and a bridge wardrobe. In this room there is also the terrace of the house, with a view of the historic center of Sestri Levante and lines to hang out the laundry. Finally you will find the bathroom of the house, complete with toilet, large shower and washing machine that can be used during your stay in the house. There is no bidet but a small shower next to the toilet. Next to the dining room there is also a service bathroom with sink and toilet. Free Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment except in the first bedroom with a bed where you will find a portable fan. The heating for the winter months is autonomous. The house does not have a private parking, you will need to park outside the historic center using the paid parking lots of the station, the parking in Largo Gino Sturla 500 meters away or the parking in Largo Rosa Masi 700 meters away.
