Alessandro 1 Holiday Home is composed of two delightful apartments: - The two-bedroom apartment is ideal for four guests but can accommodate up to six thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. - The one-bedroom apartment is a studio apartment of approximately 45 square meters, ideal for two guests but can accommodate up to four thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the same large room. A large sun terrace with gazebo and barbecue is shared between the two apartments, perfect for relaxing and socializing in the open air. For larger groups of six to ten guests, both apartments can be rented, with exclusive use of the large terrace. Guests of these apartments also have access to the large outdoor area with a shared mini-pool located at the other property, approximately 700 meters away. The outdoor mini-pool is not heated and is therefore only accessible during the warmer months. The apartments are recently renovated, furnished and organized in a clever blend of tradition and modernity. They are fresh, bright, and equipped with every comfort. In the warm atmosphere of typical Tuscan elements, you'll find all the modern amenities needed for a truly comfortable holiday: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a large-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Alessandro is also the owner of one of the most well-known restaurants in the area, so a great and exclusive privilege of the guests of Casa Vacanze Alessandro is to also be special guests of the restaurant-pizzeria-wine bar "La Cantina" which is located right next to the accommodation. Not just a home, therefore, but also a joy for the palate with rich breakfasts, characteristic lunches and dinners, appetizing aperitifs and snacks. The “La Cantina” restaurant-pizzeria-wine-bar is open all day. Alessandro awaits you at any time of the day for a meal, a tasty snack or simply a cheerful toast. Greve is an excellent starting point for those wishing to visit the Chianti area as it is located approximately halfway between Florence and Siena, along the Via Chiantigiana which connects the two cities crossing the entire wonderful Chianti valley. From here you can easily reach all the main towns in the area, the wineries, the castles and the many suggestive medieval villages typical of this enchanting part of Tuscany, first of all the very nearby Montefioralle Castle which is about 2 km away and It can be reached with a beautiful walk.
