Casa Vacanze Alessandro 2 is an independent structure composed of 4 elegant apartments. The apartments on the ground floor each have a bedroom and a bathroom: - one apartment has a triple bedroom (double bed + single bed) so it is ideal for 2-3 guests - one apartment has a double bedroom + sofa bed in the living room, so it is ideal for 2 guests and usable up to 4 guests thanks to the sofa bed The apartments are on the first floor each have 2 bedrooms (one double + one triple) and 2 bathrooms, so they are ideal for 4-5 guests All apartments are furnished in traditional Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort, including free wi-fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, large screen TV. A large shared outdoor area with mini-pool, solarium terrace, large patio and barbecue is available to guests of the structure to spend moments of relaxation and conviviality in the open air between a refreshing swim, an aperitif, a barbecue under the clear sky of the uncontaminated countryside. The outdoor mini-pool is not heated and therefore can only be used in the warmer months. The rental of the accommodation includes the weekly supply of sheets based on the occupancy of the beds and a set of 3 towels (shower towel + face towel + small towel) for each guest. Extra supplies of sheets and/or towels can be requested for a fee. Alessandro and his collaborator Cristina love to personally welcome their guests with a warm welcome, in a genuine style of family hospitality, simple but thoughtful, typical of the Tuscan soul. Alessandro is also the owner of one of the most well-known restaurants in the area, so a great and exclusive privilege of the guests of Casa Vacanze Alessandro is to also be special guests of the restaurant-pizzeria-wine bar "La Cantina" which is located right next to the accommodation. Not just a home, therefore, but also a joy for the palate with rich breakfasts, characteristic lunches and dinners, appetizing aperitifs and snacks. The “La Cantina” restaurant-pizzeria-wine-bar is open all day. Alessandro awaits you at any time of the day for a meal, a tasty snack or simply a cheerful toast. For each meal, an aperitif and a delicious tasting of homemade desserts will be offered.

The structure is located in the center of Greve in Chianti, a few steps from the main square, where all services, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions are located. Greve is an excellent starting point for those wishing to visit the Chianti area as it is located approximately halfway between Florence and Siena, along the Via Chiantigiana which connects the two cities crossing the entire wonderful Chianti valley. Starting from Greve you can easily reach all the main towns in the area, the wineries, the castles and the many suggestive medieval villages typical of this enchanting part of Tuscany, first of all the very close Montefioralle Castle which is located about 2 km from the house Vacanze Alessandro and can be reached with a pleasant walk. Florence is located approximately 30 km away and is easily reachable by bus; the bus stop is right in front of the house. A few steps from the accommodation you can find a motorcycle and bicycle rental. Street parking is permitted. The spaces in front of the house are subject to a fee from 9:00 to 20:00 (1 euro/hour or 6 euros for the whole day); Free parking spaces are available about 100 meters from the house.
