- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: You must complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests. For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required. The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required. Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings. The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations. - ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This facility is equipped with self check-in, so it is possible to enter independently by taking the keys from a numerical combination box. The code to open the box will be provided to you two days before your arrival. It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in order to prepare the house. Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM with telephone assistance from the staff until 9PM. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out is compulsory by 10AM. - CLEANING: A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali. - NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged. - WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay. - WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: For those unfamiliar with it, Cernusco sul Naviglio is a real discovery: it is one of the most beautiful and lively towns in the Milanese hinterland, from which it is about 15 km away, and with which it is connected via the MM2 Green Line metro line (30 minutes to Central Station). Discover a town on a human scale, with a beautiful historic centre, about 50 km of cycle paths and plenty of greenery. The park alongside the Naviglio della Martesana is welcoming and well-kept, and gives sports enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy the many spaces available. As it is located in a residential area, the flat is easy to reach by car, also because free parking is always available in the neighbouring streets. Otherwise, it is possible to reach Casa Lumiere on foot, bearing in mind that it is 15 minutes and 1.3 km from the city centre of Cernusco sul Naviglio and about 20 minutes and 1.9 km from the Milan underground station MM2 Green Line. MOVING AROUND THE AREA: As it is located in a residential area, the flat can be easily reached by car, also because free parking is always available in the neighbouring streets.
