In the heart of Tuscany, the chalet is immersed in nature, where the colors and scents of the wonderful Sienese countryside blend with local culture and traditions. The chalet is located in a complex equipped with: - equipped swimming pool (open from May to October) surrounded by a lawn -reception - free wi-fi -free parking (max. 1 per apartment) - bar with breakfast service (on request, payment on site) - wine bar (on request payment on site) -garden The elegant Chalet is located on the ground floor and is approximately 80 m2, composed of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer. A double bedroom and a single bedroom, bathroom with shower. The private furnished garden offers the opportunity to enjoy the splendid view of the lake and the valleys of Cortona and Montepulciano. The house is also equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, wifi internet, satellite TV, DVD player, iron and ironing board, washing machine. Pets are allowed. Assigned parking The Fees include: Energy consumption of electricity, water and gas, heating/cooling with underfloor system, initial supply of bed linen and towels and change every 7 days. Parking (max 1 parking space per apartment), WiFi, shared use of the swimming pool (open from May to October - depending on weather conditions) and common areas. Final cleaning included, with the exception of cleaning the kitchenette and dishes which is the responsibility of the customer otherwise a supplement will be required.
