Surrounded by the Dolomites, the family-run Cimon Dolomites Hotel offers rooms with a mountain-view balcony. Newly renovated in 2012, this 3-star hotel has spacious rooms with wooden furniture and an LCD TV with satellite channels. A hairdryer and toiletries are provided in each private bathroom. International and Trentino cuisines are part of the restaurant’s specialities. A varied breakfast is served each morning and includes homemade cakes and cereal, as well as some savoury foods. The wellness centre comes with a Turkish bath, infrared and sanarium saunas and a relaxation area. For relaxing outdoors, the property’s equipped garden is ideal for taking in the sun. Situated in Predazzo, Cimon Hotel is a 15-minute drive from the towns of Moena and Cavalese. During winter, a free public ski bus stops 50 metres away and takes you to the Latemar ski slopes, 2 km away.

The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.
- In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area.
- In winter, the card includes: access to ski buses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.
