The interior space is composed as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 32" TV and access to the veranda; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, washing machine, oven, cooking utensils and wine glasses; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe, split A/C; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet; BATHROOM 2 with shower and toilet; - VERANDA with dining table, awning, outdoor kitchen with sink, oven, induction plate; - PRIVATE GARDEN; - swimming pool, tennis court and communal paddles; - Access to PRIVATE BEACH. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Shared WIFI, two fans (in the bedroom), mosquito nets (in the living room and in the bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (bedroom). SWIMMING POOL, PADDLE COURT AND COMMUNAL TENNIS: Open from May 31 to 29 September, from 9:00 to 19:00. There is a caretaker. ATTENTION.
