Only 400 meters from the center, where the suggestive medieval castle of Serralunga dominates, the house promises an unforgettable stay in one of the areas richest in history and culture of the territory, surrounded by castles that tell stories from the period of 1200 to 1800. The property comprises two apartments, each equipped to meet the different needs of guests: the pink unit offers one bedroom while the yellow unit has two. For larger groups, the pink apartment can be expanded by connecting it to a studio with a double bed and an additional bathroom, thus accommodating up to 6 people. Each apartment boasts a private terrace overlooking the pool and the idyllic hills, the cradle of the Nebbiolo grape from which the sought-after Barolo wine is produced. Amenities offered include satellite TV, free WiFi, and, for the pink and yellow units, air conditioning. For guests, parking with three car spaces is available and, upon request, a closed garage. The privileged location of the house allows for easy walking access to the village of Serralunga, enjoying the convenience of visiting the various local restaurants without the use of a car, a significant advantage for wine lovers. Moreover, enthusiasts of walking and cycling will find numerous trails meandering through the hills and vineyards.
