The new elegant en-suite bathroom accommodates a hydromassage shower. There is also a comfortable balcony furnished with chairs and a small table. The proximity to the Perugia train station and the Mini-Metro stop provides a convenient and fast connection to the historic centre and other Umbrian cities. The apartment is located near the Palace of the Umbria Region. SPACE: - Studio flat with large four-poster king-size bed - Freestanding whirlpool bath close to the bed, ideal for a relaxing and carefree holiday - Modern furniture in shades of grey and blue with fine brass details - Comfortable balcony with chairs and small table - Equipped kitchen with induction hob and microwave oven - Living room with sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi - The flat is a short walk from Perugia’s train station. Famous sights nearby include the Rocca Paolina, the Palazzo della Penna and the Renato Curi Stadium. The historic centre is 1.6 km away and can be easily reached with the Perugia Mini-Metro.
