Welcoming you on the Mediterranean riviera, stunning place where two amazing worlds collides : France and Italy where both have much to offer. My apartment is located on the rocks of Grimaldi, Italy which before belonged to the kingdom of Monaco. The living unit is 1 km away from Menton and 600 meters away from the Grimaldi beach bay area (less than 10 min walk). It's a charming 2 room apartment, furnished within items I collected across the world. The living unit concept looks little like a boat that decided to stay in the bay of Grimaldi. White and blue walls completed with an iron white ceiling. During your stay, the quarters are equipped with a coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, micro-wave, an ice machine, ventilators, TV flat screen and a famous mosquito killer machine! You may also have access to very soft beach towels ("morbide", my favorite Italian word !). If you enjoy cooking, there is a great option to choose grocery shopping style between France on one hand and Italy on the other (5 min drive Italy for Conad, Latte, 5 min drive France for Super U, Menton Garavan). There are some restaurants and cafes around (10 min walk), and of course many commercial zones in Menton and Ventimiglia. Menton Garavan Train Station is a 10 min drive. From there you can either go towards Italy or France (to Monaco/ Nice/ Nice Airport and beyond ! ). Thanks for your attention

From the rocky back country hitch hiking of Sospel, the Medieval atmosphere of Dolce Aqua, the Dolce Vita of San Remo, the Legendary Monte-Carlo Monaco city, the french authenticity of Menton, the buzzling city of Nice and the glamorous Cannes for the most courageous, I believe everyone would find an interest.
