Offering a wellness area with covered swimming pool and a gourmet Italian restaurant, Malaspina is an elegantly restored villa in the town of Azzano, 10 km south of Verona. Spacious and classically furnished, rooms at Hotel Villa Malaspina are air conditioned and come with wood floors and wood-beamed ceilings. They also feature an interactive TV with internet access and a safe. Some have a balcony. Breakfast is buffet style while Vignal de la Baiardina restaurant serves fine wines and Italian cuisine, including homemade pasta and seasonal fruit and vegetables. At Villa Malaspina you can relax in the small wellness centre, which includes a sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub. There is also a tea room and lounge bar, located in the oldest part of the villa. Malaspina is well connected by the A4 and A22 motorway and is 10 minutes' drive from Verona Villafranca Airport. Verona Arena is 20 minutes' drive away, while Venice is easily reached by train.
