We handle every stage of property management: when necessary, from renovation and furnishing to creating and updating online listings, and setting real-time pricing and availability calendars. We coordinate check-ins, cleanings, guest support, and resolve any issues before they ever reach the property owner. Easy to find and perfect for those traveling by train but also by car, thanks to the nearby public parking lots (they are not included in our services but they are very close to the apartment and easy to find, the closest is Parcheggio Cittadella: 10m away from the property). Perfect place for a family trip or a group of friends who want to visit the beautiful city of Verona.

The neighborhood is very quiet, well served by public transport and surrounded by restaurants of different types of cuisine (Mediterranean, ethnic, local, ...), bars and delicatessens. Also nearby are several points of interest such as Castel Vecchio and its Museum, the Parco delle Mura, the Arena di Verona and the Palazzo della Granguardia, Juliet's Tomb and many others! There is also no shortage of evening entertainment facilities such as the Teatro Ristori, the Cinema Kappadue (where films are shown in the original language), the Sala Orsi where you can play billiards, Villa Brasavola where the famous Candlelight are held (concerts of contemporary music revisited in a classical key by candlelight).
