New apartment (newly renovated), spacious, (about 100 square meters) quiet and very bright. It has a large kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms (one complete, the second with shower and sink), 2 spacious rooms, one with a balcony that overlooks a relaxing inner courtyard; a large terrace with two wrought-iron tables, where you can dine or have lunch, completes this wonderful apartment. Located on the second floor in a quiet area a few steps from the center, the beach is about 300 meters away The property has a private parking. Animals not allowed. Change of towels after 4/5 days for min 7 overnight stays Walking distance: bus stop, bike service, Vinessa terrace bar, Mecki's bar, Pizzeria 600, pizzeria al Porto, restaurant surfer's grill
