The minimum stay is 7 nights. The apartment consists of a kitchen with a table overlooking the lake for romantic lunches and dinners. The bedroom with wooden floor including a small walk-in closet and study area. The bathroom with shower is accessed from the bedroom. The house is equipped with two air conditioners located in the bedroom and in the kitchen. Also in the room it is possible to use an extendable wooden table for any guests.
The apartment is located just 100 meters from the beach and 30 meters from the central street of the town. So nearby are the grocery stores, bars, butchers, clothing, pharmacy, household items and gas station. In short, everything you need. From the beach, you are immediately near the port of Capodimonte, from where you can book the ferry to visit the islands. Alternatively, with another 100 meters of walk there is the rental of motor boats, in case you want to get to the most beautiful places for swimming (Islands).
