Bright flat in the heart of Cabras, a stone's throw from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The flat has a living room/kitchen with television, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, oven and cooker. Complete with all the necessary equipment for your holiday. There is one double room and one room with a bunk bed and desk. All rooms are equipped with television. Complete bathroom with shower and washing machine. The flat features Sardinian ceramic tiles reminiscent of the sea and from which the flat is named 'La Vecchia Ancora'. Enjoy your holiday in Sinis in this beautiful flat. The flat also has a private parking space. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarante. We remind you that at check-in you will have to pay the tourist tax of the Municipality of Cabras equal to: -1 euro per person per day over 12 years for the period 01/01/24 - 30/04/24; -2 euros for the period 01/05/24 - 31/10/24 per day per person over 12 years.
