Set at an altitude of 1100 metres, the family-run Loewe Dolomites offers a wellness centre and a restaurant. All Alpine-style rooms and apartments come with an LCD satellite TV. San Candido is 4 km away. Most accommodation at the Löwe features a furnished balcony with views of the mountains or forests. Rooms include a private bathroom, while apartments offers a fully equipped kitchenette. Homemade cakes and croissants are part of the breakfast buffet, along with eggs, cheeses and a range of breads. The restaurant serves both local cuisine and traditional Italian dishes. At the spa, you can relax in the sauna and Turkish bath. Outdoors, there is a sun terrace complete with loungers. Bikes can be hired at reception. The hotel is set on the banks of the River Drava, which is popular for trout fishing. Buses to San Candido and into Austria stop just 30 metres away.
