The lovely owner, Mrs Giuliana (in her 80s), lives in the detatched attic of the villa. She has a separate entrance and staircase. She is available for any need during the stay of the guests and loves to take care of the garden and pool maintenance. The house, the garden and the pool are not sharing. We rent the property to only 1 party per time so privacy is never compromised. The owner does not use the pool or the garden.

VILLA BICOCCHE, which appears like something out of a children's fairytale, is situated in a rather strategic position, that is, within the golden triangle of Lucca, Pisa and the best beaches. The villa is immersed in the greenery and peace that the Tuscan countryside is famous for. At the same time, it is close to the conveniences found in town. In fact, traveling down a beautiful tree-lined road, one arrives at the first medieval village just a kilometer away, which is very famous for the enchanting roads and squares and for several bespoke restaurants and beautiful view of the valley, while at a distance of 7 km you find the beach, with its sandy beaches, shops, restaurants with seaview and kid-friendly establishments. Lucca city centre is located at only 15/20 mins by car (nearly 17 kms). The large pool (12 metres x 6 metres - chlorine free water operating with salted water- set in the olive grove) offer guests the possibility to enjoy swimming or a relaxing bath: at the edge of the pool, terraced landscaping provides for a lovely sundeck where one can take in the warm Tuscan sun and enjoy the lovely panorama.
