This beautiful and cozy villa is equipped with every comfort. The villa has a breathtaking panorama, and the location is strategic, only a few minutes away from the crystal-clear beaches of Marina Piccola and just 10 minutes from the famous Piazzetta of Capri.The Villa boasts a breathtaking view of the iconic Faraglioni of Capri and the Marina Piccola bay. Its proximity to the sea ensures a more relaxing vacation experience. Inside, the house features 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 with a single bed) and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are very spacious). There's a generously sized living room with a sofa, TV, and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the house offers a large terrace with two outdoor dining tables, an Hydromassage pool, sun loungers, and outdoor sofas. Additionally, there's an outdoor shower and a small garden with lemon trees. The entrance to the villa is on the main road leading to the beaches of Marina Piccola (Via Marina Piccola 41).
