Apartment located 150 meters from the sea in Marina di Cecina. Located in an internal courtyard, relaxing and quiet, accessible via the property's garage (not usable for cars). It has outdoor space for your meals and a super feature outdoor shower. Upon entering you will find a dining area with table and kitchen to prepare your meals. It has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, while the other bedroom has a French bed (140 cm wide) with chest of drawers. The bathroom is simple but functional for a characteristic beach house. ---------- IMPORTANT INFORMATION: For the sake of correctness, we would like to inform you of two important things about the proposal, FISHERMAN'S OASIS. The structure has a small INTERNAL bathroom. There is obviously a toilet, sink and also a shower but it is small as a bathroom, especially for taking a shower. Doable but small. For this reason we decided to install an outdoor shower. We also inform you that access to the structure is through a garage, which is our property. You enter from the garage and access the back of the main body of our house, where the Oasi del Pescatore apartment is located. ----------- BATH/BED LINEN: The structure DOES NOT have towels or bed linen (possibility of rental at extra cost)
