The house is brand new and it offers all the comforts and appliances of a very modern house: 65” Smart TV with Netflix, induction cooktop, dishwasher, air conditioning and an ultra modern washing machine hidden in the typical Sicilian tiled sink on the terrace. The living room/kitchen area is wide and full of light thanks to the many windows surrounding it. Our design bathroom features a double head shower which can comfortably accommodate two people showering at the same time. The bedroom is simple and elegant and it includes a secret walk-in wardrobe. The house is so stylish that it has been used as setting of many social and TV commercials. The panoramic terrace is for sure what will amaze you the most. The apartment is located in a quite, elegant neighborhood. There’s plenty of green and accessing the city center couldn’t be easier. The neighborhood is traffic free since it’s composed of a group of dead-end roads. Only residents and delivery vans might drive through
