The residence is located in the centre of the renowned town of Santa Teresa Gallura. The recently renovated residence consists of 21 flats, distributed on the 1st and 2nd floors, furnished in a modern style and arranged around a beautiful swimming pool. Flat services: Smart TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board ( on request), air conditioning, oven, bathroom with shower, safe, Wi-Fi ( partial use) , electric kettle, equipped kitchenette, 1 sun umbrella supplied per flat. Structure services Reception 09:00/13:00 and 17:00/20:00, bicycles ( on request at reception), Wi-Fi ( common areas), solarium equipped washing machine ( for common use), swimming pool, common room, courtesy room THE PRICE INCLUDES: energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the client before check-out), use of swimming pool, air conditioning, use of washing machine, use of bicycles (subject to availability).

The residence is located in the centre of the popular town of Santa Teresa Gallura. In a quiet location, the property is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, the main square and the small harbour. The lively little square and the characteristic craft shops in the old town make it one of the prettiest and most picturesque places in Sardinia. From the modern marina, it is possible to reach nearby Corsica and the beautiful archipelago of La Maddalena Island. The village provides a public bus to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata, available from mid-June to mid-September. The bus stop is about 500 metres from the hotel.
