Lake-view apartment with terrace near Lake Maggiore
Set at an altitude of 773 metres, Residence Usignolo has panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and surrounding mountains. It offers brand-new apartments, each with a terrace and lake view. The Usignolo Residence is located in Trarego. It has excellent bus links to Cannero Riviera on the lakeside, 10 minutes' drive away. The nearest public beaches are 5 km away. Apartments include free Wi-Fi and a free parking space in the garage. They feature an LCD TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchenette. The terrace comes with a table, chairs and parasol. Breakfast is served at the café next to the residence. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and a children's playground in the garden. Cannobio is 15 minutes' drive away, while Verbania is 30 minutes away by car.
