The 'ALCOVA APARTMENT' is a lovely small flat in the heart of Como, the perfect place for dynamic individuals. The apartment boasts an exceptional location, just a stone's throw from Piazza Cavour and Lake Como. Despite its central position, the flat is quiet, offering peace and privacy. It is located on the 4th floor, and you can use the elevator* starting from the first floor to easily reach it. Inside, you will find all the essentials for a comfortable stay, whether short or long. A washing machine, bed linen, soft towels, and body care products are provided for your convenience. From the cozy bed, you can admire the spires of the Duomo and the starry sky of Como. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the ideal solution for a pleasant and well-equipped stay. *Please note: The elevator is a freight elevator. Guests sensitive to using lifts should be aware that the button must be held down to activate it, and the ascent speed is slower than standard elevators. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

You can visit all the beauties of the lake from the lake using the ferry service or you can enjoy the view of the lake from above by getting on the Brunate funicular. Taking the local train line you could also reach the center of Milan If you're a culture buff, the theater is just 500 meters away.
