This is the first floor of a splendid Residence with a swimming pool on the ground floor, which can be used exclusively by guests from 9.30 to 13.30 in the morning, while the covered Jacuzzi on the terrace is available all day. Consisting of 4 suites each with large double beds, ideal for up to 8 people and 3 complete bathrooms. The Blue Suite (ideal for families or couples who want independent beds) with 2 double bedrooms in a row, parquet and a 30 m2 bathroom with emotional shower. The Green Suite with 2 separate double bedrooms with parquet (one with en-suite bathroom and shower, the other with external bathroom in front of the bedroom but with a Jacuzzi). The modern equipped kitchen and the furnished living room are shared between the two Suites, as is the 120 m2 living terrace with original Jacuzzi, relaxation area with double and single sofas, furnished breakfast/dining area and BBQ. Access to the first floor of the villa is exclusive to guests and private parking for up to 1 car. Alternatively, parking is always available and illuminated in front of the apartment.
