The villa is arranged on four levels – partially underground level, ground floor, first floor and solarium. You will find here a large and equipped outdoor area with swimming pool, sunbathing area, garden furniture with plenty of space to relax and enjoy meals outside. There is also a bathroom available directly from the outside and from the pool, with a shower and an additional, sheltered outdoor shower. The villa is also equipped with an additional large outdoor kitchen .
IMPORTANT NOTE Improperly sorted waste will not be collected, if the waste is not sorted and disposed of correctly, an amount of EUR 150.00 will be deducted from the deposit
